PRICES AND WAY OF PAYMENT IN

1-st way included furniture

– 1500 EUR deposit
– Upon signing preliminary contract, but not later than 15 days of the deposit – 50%
– Two months after the first payment - 20% - Two months after the second payment - 20% Not later than 30.09.2011, notary deed – 10%

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT


Every client who has bought apartment gets
the opportunity to sign a property management contract with the investor of the project.
Signing this contract is up to the wish of the owner of property!
 
What does the Property Management service include?

1. We as your representative accommodates tenants for a short term as well for longer one. Reception services, cleaning and washing towers.

2. Through our marketing department we run different advertising campaigns on local as well as international level through the press, the internet web, brochures, presentations in international show programs, etc. We keep in contact with famous international tour-operators and others which will direct their tourists to us.


3. Cooperating the tenants which includes meeting them at the airport(the transfer is paid by the tenants and is optional), incoming and out-going key services.

4. The property management company is in constant contact with the property owner by keeping him/her informed for present, past and future reservations as well as of any other important circumstances regarding the property.

Long-term rents are agreed upon additionally by the tenant and property management company as a representative of the property owner

In the end of tourist season, the amount of rental income is paid by agreement, as the payments are made by bank transfer or cash.

7. Maintenance of the building and common parts of the complex - alley, yard of the complex, green area, swimming pool, organization of collecting and paying these taxes, 24-hours security, all these are conditions, included in the property management contract. The price per sq.m. is 9 EUR from the whole area of the apartment and inludes VAT
